Indeed, after a hot summer, which somewhat dried up the skin of the incoming cold air, the diet changes to more “heavy” foods, and we drink less water. In addition, as the heating season begins, the humidity in the rooms drops, which leads to deep dehydration of the skin.

Beauty tips for autumn care

  1. First of all, what you need to start with is enriching your diet with vitamins. Control your diet, do not go to a large number of fatty foods. Drink plenty of water, at least 40 ml/kg;
  2. Don’t forget to moisturize;
  3. Replace light creams with products with a dense texture or oil-based. They normalize the hydro-lipid balance and lack of moisture. Don’t forget sun protection. At any time of the year, you need to protect yourself from the sun with a product with a minimum SPF30;
  4. Use a gentle skin cleanser. Replace aggressive gels and foams that dry your skin with cream products. Nourishing masks will help improve complexion. Use revitalizing masks once or twice a week to hydrate your skin;
  5. Autumn is the best time to try out new beauty products. If in the summer it is not recommended to carry out deep peeling of the skin, then the fall is a good time for such procedures. For people prone to pigmentation, it is good to undergo superficial whitening peeling;
